DeZen Homes creates a peaceful family-friendly neighbourhood
Luxury and convenience await as you enter Mississauga’s
newest neighbourhood at McLaughlin Road north of Derry Road at Panhellenic Drive.
DeZen Homes – a family-run business for over 40 years – knows the importance of
family and a comfortable home to grow in. DeZen Homes offers the highest quality
and dedication to each home, creating the perfect place for you to call “home.”
Whether you’re newly married, raising teenagers or an empty-nester, this quaint
neighbourhood is the perfect spot for you.
All-clay bricks line the exterior of
these homes along with brick arches, keystones and other masonry detailing to create
a classic yet contemporary look. Maintenance-free aluminum soffits, fascia, eavestroughs
and downspouts provide easy up-keep and cleaning. The neighbourhood is inviting
with sod laid down on the front, side and rear of each lot as well as the boulevards.
Patio slab walkways welcome guests to the front door of your home, providing minimum
care and perfect spots for garden planters.
DeZen Homes uses steel beam construction,
waterproof plywood, solid wood trims, oak cabinets (which you can upgrade to maple),
oak stairs on detached designs, oak railings or pickets on semi-detached, luxury
porcelain and ceramic tiles that are standard and buyers’ choices of brick colours.
Our semis have solid block walls from the basement
to the roof which not only act as firewalls, but serve as noise barriers as well.
The quality doesn’t stop there, these homes are family friendly throughout.
Double stainless steel kitchen sinks provide extra room for the kitchen king, or
the budding chef who wants to learn how to cook with mom. Choose cabinetry that
will suite you best from the builder’s samples.
Get some rest and relaxation in
a ceramic-tiled bathroom with an enclosed tub. The detached Ashwood, Birch, Modified Maple,
Oakwood, Walnut & Maple homes offer enhanced ensuites with separate stand-up showers
and large, ceramic-tiled corner tubs. Vanity cabinets and post-formed arborite or
formica countertops will create a lavish atmosphere. The white plumbing fixtures
create a crisp and clean environment and are easy to clean. Oak cabinets are standard
in the powder rooms.
Choose the colour of luxurious and comfortable 36-oz. broadloom
with 10mm underpad to all designated areas as per plan, or upgrade desired rooms
to either 2 1/4-in. or 3 1/4-in. 20-year-warranty hardwood flooring. Ceramic floor
tiles in the entrance way, powder room, kitchen, dinette (as per plan)
and bathroom result in a quick and easy cleaning process.
The convenience of having
a laundry room on the main level is yours in many of the models, complete with a
laundry tub. This is the last land area in the middle of a built up Mississauga
area, with churches, schools, shopping and transportation at your doorstep.
There
is a neighbourhood park, a wooded area, a ravine, bicycle trails, Derrydale Golf
course, and much more, all within walking distance. The Brampton campus of Sheridan
College is minutes north on McLaughlin Road, and to the south, the new bridge over
Hwy. 403 takes you over to City Hall, the modern Living Arts Centre, and the central
library. |
